Turn your favorite photo into an everlasting bracelet!

Follow these steps to create your Special Moment's Jewelry

1. Email desired photos and contact information to shopvgb@gmail.com. 

2. You will be contacted upon completion of your photo stones.
Approximately 2-3 days. 

3. Visit one of our boutique locations to select your desired metal finish and Swarovski crystals. We recommend visiting us for your selections, but we are more than happy to work with our customers via email. 

4. Your jewelry will be complete to take home the day of your visit. We also offer shipping as an extra option with a standard shipping rate of $7.20. 

 

 

Pricing + Important Care Information

The photo stones are placed within our Rivoli bracelets which start at $60 plus tax per bracelet. Each photo added to your bracelet will be an additional $5.00 on to the price of the jewelry setting. Swarovski crystals and preferred metal finishes are included in the cost. 

Example: 1 Rivoli bracelet with 1 photo stone added would cost $65.00 plus tax. 

To keep your jewelry in its best condition, it is recommended to refrain from submerging the jewelry in water and coming into contact with any hairspray, perfumes, and chemicals. 

*Special Moment orders are custom and are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged for store credit or a refund.

FAQ Section

What is your Exchange Policy?

We accept exchanges for store credit within 30 days.

Purchases made online or in the store can be exchanged for store credit or a VGB gift card.

A receipt or invoice must be present at time of exchange along with tags attached.

Items must be in original condition and unworn/unwashed.

Final Sale Items that cannot be exchanged include -Gift Cards, Clearance, Outlet Apparel, Custom Jewelry, Earrings, Intimate Apparel, Footwear, Home decor, and Misc. Items.

Gift Cards/Store Credit expires after 60 days of issue date.

How Much is the return Shipping Fee?

Return shipping is based upon mail carrier service. We do not provide a mailing return label for returns back to the boutique.
