We only process returns as exchange. Exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit that can be used online or at any of our locations. Shipping costs are not included and cannot be issued for store credit. Please see below for non-exchangeable items.

IN STORE Exchanges
Any items purchased online or in store will be able to receive store credit within 30 days with a receipt and tags attached. Receipt must be present or proof of purchase to receive store credit. Items must be in original condition and unwashed/unworn.
FINAL SALE ITEMS:
For curbside exchanges, please contact your preferred VGB location to handle the exchange. Please call when you are parked out front of the boutique during business hours to hand off your exchange to a VGB Team Member. The team member will process the exchange and text/email you a receipt for your store credit.

5. You will be notified via email/text once your items have been received you will receive store credit in the form of an e-gift card that will be issued to you via email or via text. Please allow 2-3 days to receive your store credit.
Please use a padded envelope or box to make your return. Please insure your return or use a method such as UPS or FedEx to have a record of your return. VGB is not responsible for lost or damaged items during shipping.
Shipping & Handling
Items purchased from the website, will be shipped within 48 hours with the exception of jewelry orders. If your order is placed on a Friday, a weekend day, and/or holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $8.20. This insures your order up to $50 and also supplies a tracking number for reference. All online orders Over $125 will automatically receive FREE SHIPPING.
If you live in the Pittsburgh, PA area, your order will arrive within 1-3 days. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that Vintage Grace Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrier services.
IN STORE PICKUPS
If you live close to one of our boutiques and would like to Pick-Up your order instead of having it shipped, please use the "Pick-Up In Store" Feature at checkout. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for "Pick Up"
You have 7 days to pickup your order. After 7 days, your order will be placed back out on the sales floor and you will receive store credit.
I am outside of the exchange policy , can I return?
Over 30 days?
We move fast and the turnaround of stock we sell means that we will not be able to resell your goods, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are over 30 days
There wasn't an invoice in my parcel, how do I return?

We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email us at email@example.com to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
Do you return the shipping charge?
We do not refund shipping charges for online orders.
In the event that an item would run smaller than normal, it will be listed in the item description.
