Items must be in original condition with tags attached and a receipt present at the time of exchange.

A gift card or store credit will be issued at time of exchange. Please note that store credit/gift cards expire 60 days from the issue date.

Items that are FINAL SALE are footwear, accessories, jewelry, & outlet items.

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. 

If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, then it is subject to our standard Exchange and Store Credit policy.

Orders over $100 will receive FREE SHIPPING! We ship USPS Priority Mail that includes a tracking number and insurance up to $50.
