What is your Exchange Policy?
We accept exchanges for store credit within 30 days.
Purchases made online or in the store can be exchanged for store credit or a VGB gift card.
A receipt or invoice must be present at time of exchange along with tags attached.
Items must be in original condition and unworn/unwashed.
Final Sale Items that cannot be exchanged include -Gift Cards, Clearance, Outlet Apparel, Custom Jewelry, Earrings, Intimate Apparel, Footwear, Home decor, and Misc. Items.
Gift Cards/Store Credit expires after 60 days of issue date.
How Much is the return Shipping Fee?
Return shipping is based upon mail carrier service. We do not provide a mailing return label for returns back to the boutique.
