How long does shipping take?
Everything leaves our boutique within 3-4 days, and should be in your hands within 7 days. We offer in-store pickup as a shipping option for local customers.

Where is my Tracking Number?
Once your order is out for delivery from the post office, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please check your promotional and spam folders for your tracking number.
If you are still unable to find your tracking number, please email us at email@example.com with your name and order #.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $75.
We ship USPS priority mail for a flat fee of $8.00 for orders under $75.
Priority mail insures your shipment up to $50 and a tracking number.
Can I pick my order up in store?
Yes you may! We love when customers visit to pick up their orders!
If you are local to the area, select Pick-Up In-Store at checkout as your preferred shipping method.

How Do I select Pickup IN store as my shipping option?
At checkout, there will be the option to select from store pickup or standard shipping.
Please select the boutique location to pick up your order before checking out.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
What is your exchange policy?
Items may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
This is applicable to all items available on the website and in boutique.
Additional non-returnable and exchangeable items:
Gift cards, All Jewelry, Accessories, Footwear, Earrings, Intimate ApparelSale/Clearance Merchandise
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Exchanges will be granted in the form of a VGB Gift Card via email for online purchases. In store exchanges will be granted in a hard copy form of a VGB Gift card (Gift Cards expire in 60 days from issue date)
How much is the return shipping fee?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When will I receive my Store Credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and a store credit and or gift card will be emailed to you at the email address listed on your order. Gift cards/Store Credit expires 60 days from issue date.

I received the incorrect item in my order
In the event, that the incorrect item is shipped, you will be refunded for your order and shipping costs to have the item returned back to us will also be reimbursed.

Why did I receive a refund for my order i placed?
In the event that the item you purchased online is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, you will be refunded that amount back to your credit card or the original form of payment.
