It is absolutely free to have In-Store Pickup as your Shipping method.
How do i select pick up in store for my order?
At checkout simply click on the "Pickup" Order option
Can I Change my Pick-Up Location?
The shipping method cannot be changed after placing your order. If you selected the wrong pick-up location, please give us a call at 724.485.2125
When Will my order be ready for pick up?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be ready for pick-up.
You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
In-Store pickups will be available during business hours. Current business hours are Monday-Wednesday's 10A-5P, Thursday 11A-7P, Friday's 11A-5P and Saturday's 10A-4P
Please make sure to check your promotional or spam folders for email notifications.
Can I pick my order up the same day?
You are able to pick up your order the same day only during our business hours.
How Long Will my Order be at the store for me to pickup?
In-store pickup orders must be picked up within 7 days after your order is fulfilled.
Items left after the 7 day time period will be put back on the sales floor and you will be issued store credit for your order via email.
If you are unable to make it within the 7 day pick-up period, please notify us by calling the boutique at 724.485.2125 to make arrangements.
I can't make it in for my pick up order. Can I have it shipped instead?
If you are unable to pick up your order and would like your order to be shipped. Please contact us at 724.485.2125
You will then be emailed an invoice for the shipping cost. Our shipping cost is a flat rate of $8.00 and orders over $75 receive Free Shipping.
