For Dormont In-Store Pickups, we simply ask you to follow and understand these rules before selecting this option:
*When completing your checkout on our website, please type in the message box that you will be PICKING UP at the Dormont store. We will then refund you the shipping cost after the order is processed.
*You may also contact us at the boutique M-F 11a-7p at (412) 207.7760 to place your order over the phone and be able to pick-up the same day.
* In-Store Pickups requires a MINIMUM processing window of 2 business days. This is to allow our team to process your order and package them for Pickup.
*You will receive a notification via email that your order has been fulfilled and ready to pickup.
Our Return Policy remains the same for In-Store Pickup with these important notes:
*The return policy is two weeks regardless of when you pick up your items. It is 2 weeks to the date of purchase that you have to return for store credit.
*Once you have selected In-Store Pickup, you cannot request/change your order. It will not be available for shipment once the order has been processed.
