We accept exchanges from our online store with a receipt and with tags attached within 30 days of the purchase date. Please visit any of our VGB locations to exchange your online order.
In the event that an item would run smaller than normal, it will be listed in the item description.

Shipping & Handling
Items purchased from the website, will be shipped within 48 hours with the exception of jewelry orders. If your order is placed on a Friday, a weekend day, and/or holiday, your order will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.00 This insures your order up to $50 and also supplies a tracking number for reference.
If you live in the Pittsburgh, PA area, your order will arrive within 1-3 days. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. Please note that Vintage Grace Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen items due to mail carrier services.
IN STORE PICKUPS
If you live close to one of our boutiques and would like to Pick-Up your order instead of having it shipped, please use the "Pick-Up In Store" Feature at checkout. You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for "Pick Up" {Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be ready for this option}
You have 7 days to pickup your order. After 7 days, your order will be placed back out on the sales floor and you will receive store credit.

I am outside of the exchange policy , can I return?
Over 30 days?
We move fast and the turnaround of stock we sell means that we will not be able to resell your goods, so unfortunately we cannot accept returns that are over 30 days
There wasn't an invoice in my parcel, how do I return?
Please fill out a contact form on our website so that we can locate and verify your order.
Faulty Items
We’re really sorry to hear that you’ve received an item that’s not in perfect condition. So that we can get this fixed for you please email us at shopvgb@gmail.com to help us get this fixed for you ASAP. When you first contact us please include the following information;
Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the fault and a Description of the fault.
The product name and code can be found on your order confirmation email.
Do you return the shipping charge?
We do not refund shipping charges for online orders.
