All Outlet Items are FINAL SALE and are unable to be exchanged for store credit or a gift card. This applies for in-store or online outlet purchases.

What is Seel Return Assurance?

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  

You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund for eligible items. 

If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, then it is subject to our standard Exchange and Store Credit policy.

We do not offer price adjustments on any items purchased from the boutique or outlet.

Our merchandise moves quick and we are unable to adjust pricing on previous purchases.

Everything leaves our store within 3-4 days, and should be in your hands within 7 days. We offer in-store pickup as a shipping option for local customers. Please visit our In-Store Pick Up policy page for more information.

Coupons are not redeemable on Outlet items.
